In a few of my videos, Paul Gautschi mentions a book about the effects of acid and alkaline on the body. He said that he use to be in pain all of the time and after reading this book, he changed his eating habits and has been pain free ever since. When I asked him the name of the book, he couldn’t remember but, after over a year of searching, Paul finally found that book. It is called Alkalize or Die – By Theodore A. Here is a link to it off of Amazon.

Book Description: Dr. Baroody’s comprehensive research and clinical findings indicate that illness and disease are directly linked to overacidity in the system.

By following the guidelines in this book you can evaluate your alkaline/acid situation, determine a course of correction, and achieve a high level of vitality and strength. Includes a 21 day meal plan.

As most of you know, Paul Gautschi was in Vietnam and credits his inability to walk to Agent Orange. The lady who does some of his starts gave him a book called Back in Control: A spine surgeon’s roadmap out of chronic pain by David Hanscom MD. After reading this book, Paul has realized that a lot of the pain we feel is cause by anger and anxiety. This doctor shows people how relieve a lot of their pain without medication or surgery.

Book Description: In Back in Control, Dr. Hanscom focuses on an aspect of chronic pain that the medical world has largely overlooked: you must calm your nervous system in order to get better. Beyond any other book about back pain, Back in Control reveals how to quiet a turbocharged central nervous system and make a full recovery. His life-changing system has helped hundreds of patients heal their pain. These patients’ stories, as well as his own, show that you can take charge of your care and set yourself on the road to a healthy, rich and full life.
